3 Birth Preparation Sessions: We talk about your wishes, questions and worries. You learn what may happen during labor, what choices you have, and what can help you feel more comfortable and in control. You´re scared of the pain, if everything will go well or birth in general? We will tackle it together!
Your Personal Birth Journal: After each session, I create a booklet just for you. It includes what we talked about, helpful information, and your next steps—so you don’t have to remember everything or search for it yourself.
A Postpartum Plan: Together, we prepare for the first weeks after your baby arrives. We talk about rest, recovery, feeding, visitors, help at home, and the boundaries you may want to set.
Unlimited Text Support: Have a question between our sessions? You can text me throughout your pregnancy. Instead of feeling alone or searching through endless Google results, you have someone you know and trust to ask.
A Postpartum Visit: Within the first 12 days after your baby is born, we meet again. You can talk about your birth, ask questions, and share how you are feeling. This visit is about making sure you feel cared for, too—not only your baby.
The BYB Pregnancy Food Guide: You also receive my easy-to-follow food guide. It gives you simple meal and snack ideas to help you nourish yourself throughout pregnancy—without long lists of confusing rules. ($49 value)

In-Person in Eastern NC
My approach is shaped by my European background and inspired by East Asian postpartum traditions, where the weeks after birth are treated as a special time of rest, warmth and care.
I believe becoming a mother should not mean being expected to immediately handle everything alone. Your recovery matters, your needs matter, and you deserve to be cared for during this transition, too. You should not have to care for your baby, recover and keep up with everything at home all by yourself.
