Services

Babe You Birth provides informational, emotional, and educational support related to pregnancy and birth. These services do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Payment & Fees

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout if required by law.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments without prior notice cannot be refunded.

• Digital products (e.g., downloads, guides) are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as private and confidential.

Intellectual Property

All website content, written materials, and resources are the property of Babe You Birth LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or resell them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Babe You Birth is not liable for any outcomes or experiences arising from the use of services. Clients are responsible for their own medical decisions and should consult licensed healthcare providers for medical concerns.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
